In a dazzling ceremony held at the Myanmar Embassy auditorium hall, the Maitry Peace Foundation, in collaboration with the Myanmar Embassy, honoured individuals who have made remarkable contributions to society across various domains. The International Buddha Peace Award & Gaurav Shri Samman, held on the 5th of February 2024, celebrated excellence and recognized the efforts of those who have dedicated themselves to the betterment of humanity.
The event was graced by the presence of Mr Ramdas Athawale, Central Minister (MOS) Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment of India, who served as the Chief Guest. His Excellency, the Ambassador of Myanmar, added to the significance of the occasion by personally presenting the awards to the deserving recipients.
